How I Became Plant-Based and How You Can Influence Too.

Plant-Based

Hi gorgeous friend. I am so excited to share my personal story today about how I became plant-based and if you want, how you can influence other people too. Everything in life is magical miraculous and magnificent. Let’s dive in.

My background story

I am truly a cat lover and truly love and honor all animals. I grew up surrounded by cats since I was born. My grandmother rescued stray kittens and she took care of them so well. My auntie and my cousin also did the same.

The spiritual moment

Have you ever experienced a spiritual moment where there are huge invisible forces (you can say it as the universe, god, or anything you prefer) on you to do something to become your highest self? So, after becoming a model, I was a little bit burned out from the work I did so I started reading a bunch of spiritual and personal growth books to heal my heart and find my true vision and purpose of my best life.

One of the books I enjoyed when I started reading for the first time was ‘You Can Heal Your Life‘ by Louise Hay. After reading her book, I was exposed to another book and I finally became able to take back my own true self with books and personal growth practices. (Would you like to know the best books that changed my life? Stay tuned for my new article in the future!) and so one day, I kept reading other books on spiritual and personal growth, I found ‘Conversations with God‘ by Neale Donald Walsch.

Have you ever read his books? I love them so much. At first, I thought is it difficult to read? but oh my goodness, as turning pages, it is speaking to me, so much wisdom even though I read it for the first time, my soul resonates so much. I kept reading until I finished. There are many books from Mr. Neale and I am not quite sure which one was but there was a book he recommended to read on his book.

Mind-blowing synchronicity experience

So before I went to a library to borrow the book he recommended at the same time, there was a cafe I wanted to go to. It was shown on my Google Maps suddenly where you can touch and play with pigs. (the caveat is, after doing a bunch of research I never support a place where it is cruel to use animals due to human benefit as business.) so I decided to go.

When I entered and saw little pigs, I literally cried. At first, it was the emotions of happiness and excitement to see cute animals, a surprise to see how adorable pigs are in real life (Their personality is like dogs. They love humans and want to play), and later confusion, sad, and anger because we are taught to eat these precious adorable animals to have protein to be healthy and live.. are they really the one we see at the supermarket as the packaged meat? something is wrong…

Beautiful truth

Right after I left the cafe, I strongly decided to be a vegetarian and for me, it was easy because I just love animals so much.

Without any other animal, the world would be so boring.

And so I borrowed the book. It was ‘Diet For A New America‘ by John Robbins and it was one of the life-changing books as well.

There is the untold truth that we are not taught at school, in society, or media.

Yes, if the true health information we are taught at school or media, we are all super healthy. if we are taught how to have the right mindset as subjects in school education, we will all be healthy and happy inside out physically, and emotionally right? Take a moment to look around you. How many people look so healthy and happy most of the time? How many people have true vitality and the right mindset every day?

And absolutely all animals including fish has amazing emotions and feelings.

The book by Mr. John also resonated with me. It was the beginning of my plant-based life or I say it was the perfect process to back to real me. True detox from false information and education that is not serving.

The book can teach you how unnatural to eat other beautiful animals not only perspective of the animal, the environment, and the planet but for the sake of own health.

Animals are my friends… and I don’t eat my friends.

George Bernard Shaw

It took just a few months to become vegetarian to pescatarian (who eats fish) and to vegan as I immersed myself in learning how to have true knowledge of plant-based. There are great books related to plant-based you can read and one of my most favorite currently is Medical Medium.

A tip I can give you if you want to be vegetarian, pescatarian, or truly vegan, you can watch this amazing Mr. Gary video.

Yes, we are not exposed to true timeless beautiful wisdom by default. (typical school education system, majority of society cultures, and media) unless you take actions from the place of love.

To the next level

After a bunch of research and studies, I also had the chance to see ‘animal rights’. It is very beautiful and important to do but I saw something we need to change. If you are already vegan and want to encourage others to do the same, it is so important to show a healthier, happier, and beautiful side as you are becoming it. Not from a place of anger, frustration, or sadness. Because in the end, being plant-based (vegan) is not a diet such as how to eat or what to eat. Of course, it is super beneficial for health and vitality because of beautiful veggies and fruits as tremendous mother nature power, but being vegan is not special it is very normal and natural 🙂

Also, we need to have the right beautiful mindset to practice on a daily basis true knowledge for our own true wisdom and have own special vision for life.

For example, even if you are plant-based, when you eat too much ‘processed’ vegan food, sugar, oil, or caffeine it will affect your health physically and emotionally. And even if you eat very healthy if you don’t have the right mindset to create vision, commit and follow through, the result would be different.

With that said, you are in the perfect place my goddess friend.
