In today’s recipe, all you will need is an oven, a food processor, a bowl, and a spatula. that’s it. We use only 1 bowl to mix the ingredients.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Prepare 1 cup of frozen raspberries and thaw them in a preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Put 1/2 cup oats into a bowl.
  4. Put another 1/2 cup of oats into a food processor make oats flour and put into the bowl after it becomes flour.
  5. Put 1 banana and 1/3 cup of apple into the food processor until it becomes smooth and after it becomes smooth, put into the bowl.
  6. Put another 1/3 cup of apple into the food processor until it becomes apple dice and put into the bowl.
  7. Put 1/2 cups of your favorite nuts into the food processor until it becomes crunchy texture and put into the bowl.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup into the bowl.
  9. Finally, put thawed raspberries into the bowl and mix well.
  10. Prepare the baking paper and form a cookie with a spoon or ice scoop. You can create your favorite shape.

Fruits can be a very natural healthy sweetener.
With banana, apple paste, and maple syrup, you will be surprised how delicious can be and how healthy to our precious body.

For the nuts part, I love to combine both almonds and walnuts but you can also enjoy adding only almonds or cashews.
The fabulous point of the food processors is you can create your favorite texture.

Can I use fresh raspberries?

Of course! Fresh fruits are the best. I used frozen raspberries only because it is easier to get them.

When I thaw the frozen raspberries, it will be watery.

I suggest you take a shorter time. The best thing is that you can thaw at room temperature way before preparing all the ingredients. However, if you want to bake and eat them soon, you can put them into the preheating oven (we never use the microwave) for less than 5 minutes will be fine. Even if it is not fully thawed, it works out beautifully. Mixing all the ingredients part is so fun.

Can I use blueberries instead of raspberries?
