What I Made in 2023 For My Fashion and Design

I believe that to bring back a beautiful planet, most things should be Haute Couture and today I will talk about what I made in 2023 for my fashion and design, what I learned from it, and why we must bring back Haute Couture-designed clothes.

What I made in 2023 for my fashion and design

So this is the first blouse that I made in 2023! Isn’t she cute?

Quick story, I love fashion and design. It has been one of my passions since I was exposed to the world of fashion when I was around 14.
I took fashion design classes when I was in high school and it was so fun.

I also made ruffle table mats and other blouse and simple skirt.

During this creating process, there was a profound moment that we can apply to everything in our lives.

What I learned from it

So, during the process of creating the blouse, I had to learn how to choose the fabric, how to measure, how to use patterns to create, and where to sew first and seemed overwhelming but I realized that everything is simple step by step process if we turn the volume down (or even turn off! ) for any mind drama and having a vision for what I want to create and keep consistently take actions from the place, you will eventually create it.

I think the best part is when you see the final product. You will surely make your mind so blown away and proud of you. if you do it for the first time, you will learn what worked and what didn’t work so well so that we can take it to the next time. It is going to be more sophisticated.

In this massive digital era, when we talk about trying something new, many of us give up so easily, many of us don’t even start or try because of afraid of doing it wrong,
(As my favorite coach Tony Robbins says, There are no failures. There are only results!)
Most people now want to have quick fixes and learn how to without trying.

Let me remind you something, with faith, certain and strong beliefs that you will do it, you will find the way no matter what, YOU CAN DO IT. everything is possible. We have evidence that when we first even learn to walk, talk, and ride a bike.

Why we must bring back Haute Couture

So I love designing and creating. In this post, I am not talking about how you should make all of your clothes from scratch. There are many beautiful beautiful gorgeous clothes you can find and styles that fit you perfectly that you can buy at the shop AND I would love to have an aha moment with me!

Firstly, many ladies buy clothes from stores and have we ever considered designing and create own beautiful clothes?

I think one of the most important questions that we can ask ourselves all the time is ‘How do I want to design and create this?’

In this era, the majority of people buy Pret a Porter not only do they consider that if they buy from the shop it is cheaper but also they are not exposed to the possibility that we can create the clothes from scratch.

If we can create beautiful clothes that you adore, aesthetically, and physically pleasant, and fit us so gorgeously, we will not even throw away the clothes so easily than buying from shops.

I am excited to create a Haute Couture boutique in the future and
I am so excited to bring you on the journey.
