  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put bananas, nuts, and 2 cups of oats into a food processor. (Break bananas into smaller ones and make sure to fit your food processor size. If it is too much, you can do it twice.)
  3. Blend until it becomes like a plumpy ball.
  4. Put them into a bowl and mix with another 1 cup of rolled oats.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  6. Prepare a parchment paper and form cookie dough with an ice scoop or a spoon with a spatula. If you make it thin, it will become more crunchy and yummy. You can also create your favorite shapes.
  7. Bake them at 180C for 15 minutes. You can also bake extra or less as you like.
  8. Voila! It is so crunchy and so yummy and once you eat them, it is harder to stop :)

  9. Optional : You can also cool cookies on the cooling rack right after you took them from oven and taste on next day. It is also so delicious whether it is warm or natural.

What should I do if it doesn't solidify?

You can add more bananas or fewer nuts or oats and if it is more wet, you can add more nuts and oats. In this recipe, the banana is the key to sticking all the ingredients together. You can try and check when you use the food processor.

Can I add extra maple syrup instead of sea salt?
