Hi gorgeous friend! Do you love reading books or have you ever struggled to be focused on reading books like me in the past? Now, I read at least one book in a week and I read around 80 to 100 books in a year (100 books when I count recipe or fashion books) but when it comes to reading, I was not good at it before. I always felt it is so hard to concentrate and read any books and do you also feel like this?
Whether it is yes or no, today I am so excited to share with you the best 5 books that will help you to remember what you forgot aka what you always knew. And did you know that we will be good at anything as we practice? Such as feeling too. Gratitude, love, fear, or stress. we covered the topic of practicing in this article! It’s all practice, my goddess friend. And so you practice reading more books, you will be good at it.
So with that said, let’s dive in!
How reading books makes you beautiful
Before I jump into the best 5 books, I would love to introduce the 5 benefits of reading books. Most people in today’s world, scroll their phones by default unconsciously instead of picking the book they love and reading intentionally. Also, it is said that most people buy the book but never finish until the end because reading books requires energy and focus.
#1 You will be able to practice concentration.
The first reason reading books makes a beautiful impact on you is that as I mentioned, as you practice reading, you will be able to master the skill of focus and concentration.
Reading books is like our life. We need to concentrate on what is important and takes time and patience to master. In today’s world, most people are driven by easy, fast, quick fixes but life is not designed like this. Even look at nature. All the plants and flowers take time to flourish and bloom. So it is a great opportunity to practice reading.
#2 You will find great information and timeless wisdom from books that we do not find on the internet.
The second reason is that we will be able to so much knowledge and wisdom from books. Now, it is so easy to ask on the internet and look for answers however greatest information and timeless wisdom are often found in books.
Searching on the internet is sometimes not the true answer because some search engines have filters and if you look at the top of the result page, it does not assume it is the real answer that you are looking for and anybody can write and copy the article and easy to edit it.
And of course, there are books that do not tell the right information however you can choose and pick the books on purpose for you to think and decide what is true for you.
There is always a solution and answer. All we need to do is match the frequency.

#3 You will be more intelligent.
The more books you read, the more expands your vocabulary and horizon. Those make you to be more attractive as a lady and help you to become the best version of yourself.
Being intelligent is the greatest attribute for designing and creating the best life you want and being happier and healthier. Also, it is crucial to be an elegant and sophisticated lady.
As you grow and evolve, you will want to share your beautiful ideas and skills so that you will also have a great impact on other people and help them to be the best version as well. So as you read more books, you will attract more like-minded people. Isn’t it so beautiful?

Also, we can so exercise with this. If you look at most people, when they touch their phones, their posture does not seem elegant and beautiful however if you replace the book, they look refined, don’t they?
Why? I think it is because we all know that reading books requires more intention, and focus, and helps to expand ourselves. So it will look so smart from the outside as well.
#4 You will be more healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
When you start your day reading a few pages of books, especially if you read self-help and personal growth categories, you will be able to access great resources on how to be healthy mentally and emotionally.

Reading books also expands the sights rather than looking at the phone. It is so beneficial for not only the brain but also physical health.

Style Your Mind by Cara Alwill Leyba
I adore this book cover. This is one of the first books I read when I was exposed to this personal growth world. I found her cute book cover on Pinterest and I was so charmed by it. And I was more charmed by the contents of a book. This book is like finding your true self journal.
You will be able to acknowledge and understand yourself deeply. It is a must tool to be the best version of yourself.

Last but not least, the greatest classic book by Tony Robbins. Tony has huge huge audience because I believe that he talks about truth and people resonate with them.
This was my first Tony’s book and I was blown away that it is so simple yet so effective to understand and make the actions from this book.
You will be able to understand your core values which we need to know clearly when we want to live the best life how the words we use impact our lives and there are many more you can learn from his book.
This is a very fundamental great book that you will thank you later!
I always think if these books were the textbooks in the school system, how wonderful it would be! So, let’s read them and share them with family and friends. We can be a living example, my goddess friend 🙂
