Why I don’t care about nutrition or counting calories as a raw vegan? This is the true answer.

Cats or lions never think, ‘Yes, today’s protein is done!’, and squirrels never think, ‘Well, what about omega-3? Is it enough?’ And I believe that truth, health and happiness cannot be measured by numbers anyway!

I think humans think too much, especially adults. Most of the time, people are more focused on their brains than their own bodies. There is no exact body like yours, with the same height, weight, etc., so why stick to a certain number of calories?

I have been a raw vegan for almost two years, eating only fruit and vegetables, and I truly love this lifestyle. I think there are so many rules and people get confused, feel overwhelmed or tired, and need motivation to stay in the raw vegan.
