How to Heal Your Teeth Naturally Without a Dentist! Raw Vegan Dental Care

Today, I am going to share with you, 7 practical tips on how I healed my tooth without any more filling and how you can do it too if you are in a similar situation!
Personal Story
One evening, when I was flossing, as usual and weirdly my floss couldn’t go between my molars and I felt the feeling, oh my, one of the fillings just came off and I was quite shocked, worried, and panicked because I felt a bit hurt around the area so I booked the dentist to get filled again on the next day.
To this day, I actually learned and studied that teeth can heal. We often think teeth are the only part that cannot heal but it is completely not true. Our body is so magical and it will heal. So with the information, I went to a dentist.
The Dentist Visit
At the dentist, I was told that I needed an x-ray for more checking if it was deep and they only had an amalgam filling which I didn’t want to do and if I wanted to use a composite filling, I had to prove that I had an allergy for amalgam in the skin clinic and I thought it was just waste of time and energy and all he did was just scared me so I decided not to do anything about it and left the dentist. He was shocked haha
I still felt some pain in the area and to be honest I was still worried. I did a bunch of research that teeth healing but I was not at all sure for once drilled teeth could heal or not. After the research I didn’t see anything so I decided to go for a walk in nature and do some meditation.
Since I was shocked by the pain and what the dentist told me, I didn’t even feel hungry so I decided to fast on the day (I didn’t even have anything for breakfast) then I bought some parsley on the way home because I knew this is great for teeth and the magic started to happen.
After the Dentist
After coming back home, I just kept researching again that teeth will heal but didn’t find about once-drilled teeth so I decided to watch some videos from Mr. Lou. His story inspired me a lot, and even though I was fasting, I brushed my teeth with just water, it was scary but I felt so much better than last night.
Next Day
Then the next day, I read Mr. Markus’s book about teeth and I focused on having more healing, positive energy instead of worrying. Everything is energy and the body is magical. In the morning, I started being in the sun for more vitamin D because it is great for bones and teeth and started sending love and gratitude for teeth and imagining its healing with the sun.
Then I decided to have some greens. I thought fruits could trigger because of the sugar which is great for the human body but I wanted to heal so I took a green smoothie and guest what my friend, the pain was already gone at the time! And following days, still, I was still afraid of flossing so I flossed other areas but I could eat fruits with no problem!
Now I am going to introduce you to 7 practices that I did to let go of the pain and get my tooth filled naturally, I am sure these tips will definitely help your teeth too.
1. Fasting
The most important thing is fasting! I think fasting is the best way to cure anything. If you look at wild animals, they always fast when they get sick and they heal We can learn a lot from nature and wild animals. Fasting is very powerful for healing.
2. Be in the Sun & Get Vitamin D
The second practice as I mentioned is to be in the sun, even for 10 minutes for vitamin D. and absorb the beautiful power of the sun. Great for bone and teeth.
3. Healing Meditation & Visualization
The third practice is to imagine and visualize that your tooth is getting better and better, I did healing meditation and sent LOVE and GRATITUDE to the teeth. Everything is energy and it works, it’s magic.

4. Remember the Body is Miraculous
The fourth practice is to remember that, the body has super intelligence, it can hear what is said and we have the power, everything is possible. This step is very inspired by Mr. Lou Corona.
5. Have Plenty of Greens!
The fifth practice is to have more greens than fruits, greens and herbs, especially parsley and celery are great for teeth. Usually why tooth decay happens not because of fruits or greens, it’s just bacteria that like sugar such as processed, wheat, and gluten in your mouth, so I didn’t take sugar just in case, I also avoided lemon and other citrus foods to trigger the hurts in that season but greens has the super power.
6. Elegant Dental Care Rituals
The sixth practice is to develop a mindful elegant dental care rituals.
How many of us actually take exquisite mindful brushing teeth routine focusing only on teeth?
Before brushing my teeth, I did coconut oil pulling for 20 minutes to pull out all the bacteria and floss, then I used water and a little baking soda to brush my teeth, also kept sending love and gratitude for each tooth, and after it did, I swished with hydrogen peroxide.
This is also what I learned from Mr. Markus is that hydrogen peroxide helps to remove bacteria. I am not sure if you can use it if you have amalgam filling, but if you can, please do so carefully! 7. Trust, Believe and Have a Faith
The final practice is to have faith. Practice those steps and believe it heal because we think especially for the teeth it doesn’t heal but the whole body will heal and we are designed to be youthful happy joyful no matter the age when we take care of our body with true deep love,.

A Magical Moment
After practicing all the 7 steps every single day, after 3 weeks, for a more spiritual reason, I decided to do water fasting with just an apple for 5 days, then when I was about to end the fasting, the miracle happened. I heard ‘Mana, you can floss now’ and I was still scared that it happened to hurt, but guess what my friend, I could floss like before like nothing happened and I checked my tooth and the hole was filled, it actually filled naturally!
Final Thoughts
We think when we get cavities we are told to drill but as I am learning from especially raw vegan pioneers and other like-minded people and Medical Medium, teeth are living, they will heal themselves!
We sometimes forget that our body parts are all necessary and working perfectly for us unless we don’t get a scar or something but let’s keep sending love and gratitude every single day.
We are not designed to lose our teeth as we grow, we are designed to be happy and healthy and we want to show love and gratitude every single time for able to experience this beautiful human experience in this gifted life! Life is a gift and precious, let’s treat the body the best every single day.
