So today’s video is all about the mindset of having beautiful and clear skin. we all want as ladies.

In case you haven’t checked it out yet, this video is two parts of a series of what to eat food and what to think mindset. I already talked about 7 foods you want to eliminate in order to have beautiful skin in the previous video, so please check that out.

1. Manage Your Focus

The first mindset you want to practice to have beautiful and clear skin is manage your focus.

Have you ever heard a saying such as ‘Where focus goes, energy flows.’ or ‘What you focus on grows.’? If you have already watched the previous video, you might have said something like, ‘Oh, we don’t have anything to eat.’, or ‘I have to give up this food.’ However, in order to master an elegant mindset as well as beautiful, glowing skin, you always want to focus on what you are gaining.

For example, you might say ‘Oh, I have to give up sugar to have clear skin.’, but you can always change the sentence to ‘I am actually doing this to really love myself and become beautiful from the inside out’.

Even though the action of quitting sugar is exactly the same, the process of feeling and the outcome can be completely different if you have a different mindset.

You have 120% control over what you focus on. There may be a time for a healing crisis which I have also experienced, which is basically having more skin issues during the healing process as you eliminate any kind of food that is not serving you, but if you can focus on long-term success you will be able to heal the core✨

You can always focus on what you’re gaining, what’s going great, and what’s working well with gratitude and love. And of course, when it comes to skin, instead of looking at the issue on your skin and feeling so stressed or depressed, focus on other parts that getting better.

I totally understand that sometimes it feels a little hard especially if you are new to this mindset or even have been practicing for a long time because our brain is 2 million years old, which means the brain is designed to look for danger, look for what’s wrong. Our brain is not designed to be happy but as you practice, little by little, day by day like building muscles, you will master it.

And did you know that there are so many plenty, of beautiful varieties of vegetables and fruits? And so we actually have so much food to eat. It is just practicing what to focus on.

2. Get Curious

The second mindset you want to practice to have beautiful and clear skin is get curious and in touch with yourself with love.

I personally believe that whenever we have an issue with our body or especially the skin, I believe that the body is saying ‘Hey, we need to change, whether it is food, thoughts or the mindset.’ It reminding us that something has to be aligned.

Please always remember that your body and skin, are always working for you, not against you, so it is time to really take care of your body from the inside out when you see this happening.

People are constantly looking for answers by searching the internet and hearing from others. Of course, it is great to get educated, but it is always great to get in touch with yourself. I am sure you have all the wisdom within you.

You can always ask yourself:

  • Am I eating when I am really hungry?
  • What have I been eating?
  • Is it from a place of love?
  • Is it full of nutrition?
  • What have I been thinking?
  • Are they loving and beautiful thoughts?
  • Am I concentrating on something grateful and loving or something stressful?

It is an absolutely amazing time to get curious about not only your skin but also yourself of what you are actually eating and thinking and increase self-compassion and self-love in the process.

Beautiful Skin Exercise

Here, I would love to share one exercise with you to get curious and get in touch with yourself with gratitude and love. I already have a few blog posts about this exercise for the whole body so if you love it, please check that out too.

Basically what you want to do is take a deep breath and close your eyes, be in a relaxed or calm state. Then just sending love to your body but in this video, let’s focus on skin.

The brain doesn’t know the difference between the images you hold in your brain or what is actually happening. So close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say Thank you, I love you, to your skin and keep scanning, Also visualize your skin is getting better and better, becoming more beautiful and clear.

Since your body and skin are always working for you, let’s send gratitude and love and trust the process of getting better and better.

3. Start New Beliefs & Rituals

The final mindset you want to practice to have beautiful and clear skin is to start practicing new beliefs and rituals,

If you are new to changing your mindset, here are some beautiful beliefs you can practice every day to ignite your inner beauty.

  • I am the woman who takes the best care of myself
  • My skin is getting better and better
  • I will find a way to clear my skin
  • I choose to increase self-love to achieve beautiful skin
  • My skin is working out for me.
  • I choose to love myself
