How to Get Clear Skin as Vegan
How to Get Clear Skin as Vegan
As a lady, we all love the feeling when we have glowy and flawless skin, aren’t we?
Having beautiful skin will always make you feel more beautiful and confident.
Have you had the experience of when you are having a transition into fully plant-based or you might already be completely plant-based and there is still a time when your skin is having a little bit of problem and don’t know where to start? I got you, my friend! I have been there! and today I am so excited to share with you, how to have clear skin as a vegan.
Let’s dive in!
Personal story
Before my 20s, I had no trouble with any skin condition at all and I remember I began to have a little bit of skin condition now and then when I started makeup and eating ordinary chocolate that you can buy anywhere.
A little digression is that my grandmother always told me how it is more important to remove the makeup than putting make-up on so I never bought or used any foundation except my modeling work.
Also, my mother always told me what you eat is more important in order to have clear skin so when I was a child, I barely bought or had any snacks unless it is full of organic. And I love how I built the habit of not buying any snacks after started modeling and whenever I want to have any sort of sweets, I always make it by myself.
Then, working as a model, was always full of makeup and hair and I kept traveling and working at the time, I slightly started not paying attention to what I ate and I started to use some cream that I got from the skin doctor to calm my skin down after feeling stress physically and mentally (I haven’t exposed to personal growth world yet and of course! from the perspective of cruelty-free, I stopped using any cream from a skin doctor and I never go to skin doctor anymore) and fast forward, after becoming vegan, I still had a few skin condition then after a bunch of studies, I completely recovered 🙂
The importance of journaling your meal
When it comes to skin conditions, most people tend to go to what kind of beauty product should they use or what kind of nutrition specifically works for the skin however I can say from my own experience that skin is all about showing you ‘what you ate’ and ‘what you thought’ on a daily basis. I believe that whenever we have skin or body condition, our skin or body is telling us ‘Hey! I want you to check what are you eating and thinking! it is not helping us!’
Our body keeps working for us no matter what to be the best version of us, and without health, we cannot do anything so let’s treat the body like a temple especially from now on 🙂
First thing first, If you want to have flawless and beautiful skin, I would love you to write down everything you eat every day. If you write down everything, you can measure.
so after writing them all down, what do you notice? Is it full of fresh veggies and fruits that make you glowy and beautiful from the inside or even if you are vegan, is it full of processed, fried, and sugar and oily food that we deep down, know intuitively is not good for our beauty?
Of course, in this process I want you to do it with no judgment or beat yourself up. when we tend to eat processed food or sugar and oily food, we are feeling a bit stressed so deep down we have to change our thoughts and beliefs. right now, just notice and be aware of what kind of food you are always eating. having awareness is so beautiful.

Once you understand what you are eating every day, I want you to see how many veggies and fruits you have.
When I became fully vegan, I was so fascinated with the world that as a vegan, we can eat everything we know, and we can be like ‘Oh! Is this vegan!? how awesome!’ I used to eat a vegan burger or bread that was full of wheat, soy, and processed vegan cheese, or raw cake that is full of nuts (it is too much protein and fat for our body) and agave or sugar.
No wonder, my body didn’t like them at all. What the body deeply loves and what the brain loves to eat (we are somehow conditioned to eat like white sugar!) are totally different and as you begin to eat more of what the body loves, you will love the taste as well. And so after discovering Medical Medium actually through Life Mastery (One of the amazing seminars Tony!) from Tony Robbins! and educate myself with real nutrition which has been one of my desires since I was young, everything started to become beautiful!
What to eat?
After attending the seminar, reading Anthony William’s amazing books, and listening to his podcast (I highly recommend) I decided to have more fresh beautiful veggies such as celery, spirulina, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, potatoes, leafy greens, and beautiful delicious fruits such as bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and apples to every day life and I realized that those are the foods I really loved since I was a baby.
I reduced nuts and grains and completely off any packaged food, sugar, wheat, caffeine, and alcohol, and my skin started back to glow again.

Conclusion
When you don’t have a good condition of your skin it always comes down to ‘what were you eating‘ and ‘what were you thinking‘.
From my experience, stress can also cause the skin condition. You can also write down every thought you have (braindump) and if the thought is not beautiful, let’s replace it with a better thought which I am going to teach you how in the coming soon course so please stay tuned.
Also what you put to your skin matters a little bit. You can check my blog post about the best skincare and grooming care that I adore. They are not only vegan but cruelty-free🐰
Actionable steps
- Start journaling your food after eating something.
- Be mindful of what you eat and how you eat. Are you enjoying the meal wholeheartedly? We want to relax and savor when we eat anything. If you are eating out of stress or feeling rushed, the body tends to have a tough time digesting.
- Get educated on what to eat and what not to eat. I highly recommend listening to the Medical Medium podcast when you work out.
- Listen to your body, are you really hungry or are you feeling the stress that needs to solve the core?
- Add more colorful veggies and fruits to your meals. I love to eat raw leafy greens or steamed vegetables especially. You can start making super easy smoothies just like these.
- Digital detox, go to nature, and take a deep breath. Walking or working also helps to have glowy skin.
- Have a quality of sleep, beautiful self-love is always the answer.
