How to Create Successful Morning Rituals With Easy Steps

Hi gorgeous! As I mentioned in this previous post, I am super excited to share how to create successful morning rituals step by step so that you can take immediate action today. Do you want to wake up early and start a beautiful day every morning with amazing rituals? You are in the right place. Let’s dive in!

What is Successful Morning Rituals?

Successful morning rituals lead you when you wake up in the morning, you will feel full of energy and vitality to create the life you want. As you create your habit, you will be able to do it without any force as you practice. Well well-lived life is well-lived every day and creating morning rituals is crucial for starting a beautiful day.

1. Wake up with a beautiful song

Will you be surprised if I say I only use my phone for alarm, taking notes, and taking pictures? Yes, I will be surprised if I say that to my past self. Since I have been using my iPhone for almost 7 years, it is easy to run out of batteries. However, this has massive benefits. 

You can focus on the ‘beautiful present moment’ things like being present in front of persons you love, using the five senses deeply, and thinking a lot of yourself not what other people think about online. A little bit digressed but I am going to talk about the benefits in a future post so stay tuned 🙂

I usually wake up without an alarm clock but I sometimes use it and this is the beautiful song I choose to boost my energy to start a beautiful day. Good morning~!

Tip #1: Choose your favorite song and set it as an alarm.

2. Drink a cup of beautiful water, Wash and Groom

When you put creams on your face, you can also massage your face for a few minutes. This is part of amazing self-care and self-love for your future self.

Tip #2: Start a few-minute massage with vegan facial cream.

3. Stretch your body

Doing stretches in the morning is very good for your body. Even 5 to 10 minutes. Tiny daily actions and habits eventually become you. As you stretch your body, your brain is also waking up. You will be so clear and become more productive. I also recommend doing a workout or yoga as you prefer in the morning. I also love using a foam roller. It is very relaxing.

Tip #3: Find your favorite stretching tutorial video on YouTube.

4. Listen to your favorite music and do incantation

Yes, I love learning from Mr. Tony Robbins. I graduated from Mastery University last year. One of his programs, Date with Destiny was super powerful and I have the visual visions that I made during the seminar. You can make a visual vision board with ultimate life vision and 1-year goals, things you value and adore. I always jump on the rebounder and say them at loud for my incantation. It is a life-changing habit. I highly recommend it. 

Tip #4: Create your visual board, Buy a rebounder.

5. Oil pulling

After saying your visions at loud, it is time to do oil pulling with coconut oil. This is a very new habit that I built a few weeks ago. Oil pulling with coconut oil has many benefits. I am excited to share the result in a future post. You can do it with journaling for 15 to 20 minutes. 

Tip #5: Try oil pulling with an organic extra virgin coconut oil.

6. Future self-journaling and gratitude

As Tony says, whatever we focus on, we experience. 

You can start your day by thinking about your future self. What does she achieve? How does she show up? and then my recommendation is to think about gratitude, happiness, and blessings in your life. Did you know that if you are grateful, you cannot be fearful? This is a great gift to yourself. Watch how Tony does.

Tip #6: Think about gratitude, happiness, and blessings you have in your life, and keep the journal every day.

7. Dress up and Style your hair while listening to a podcast

After finishing journaling with oil pulling, let’s dress up. According to psychology studies, it is said that what you wear impacts how you think and feel. As ladies, we love to dress up. I think we are like Barbie Dolls because we can dress up and put make-up on however we want to be. Who do you want to be today? What energy do you want to bring? What is the outcome do you want to achieve today? How can you make yourself proud at the end of the day? Also what new experiences can you do today? What is the one single action you can take towards your goals today

While you are getting ready, you can listen to an uplifting podcast such as Personal Growth. It always expands your horizons. You are what you input.

You become who you surround yourself with.

By the way, I love to share how I curl my hair. I used to use hair curl irons before and now I love using 1950s like hair curler. It doesn’t damage your hair compared to iron, it is easy to bring to travel, and I personally love the classic 1950s style.

Tip #7: Find your favorite podcast.

8. Finally, have veggies and fruits for breakfast

I always love to eat when I get very hungry. It is so important to listen to your body consciously. What does your body need? Are you really hungry? Most people are unaware of what they eat and how much they eat. It is time to eat if you are hungry 🙂 According to my favorite health information, Medical Medium, we want to focus on eating healing food. Most of them need to be fruits and vegetables. Tip #8: Be mindful of what you eat, and add more organic and fresh fruits and veggies for your breakfast.
