The answer to ultimate beauty, elegance, and luxurious living is the raw vegan lifestyle. Did you know that as humans we are naturally designed to live this lifestyle?
Let’s start by understanding what a raw vegan lifestyle is how it connects to true beauty and luxury and how you can start this beautiful lifestyle to truly awaken your body, mind, and spirit that help you to be the most authentic and healthiest lady come here to be and meant to be!
What is Raw Vegan?
The raw vegan style basically eats only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds that are found in nature and are shaped as nature is.
We don’t cook food, and even if we did, it’s under 118 Fahrenheit or 48 Celsius. So, it’s a supernatural, highly nutrient-rich lifestyle ever.
Why Did I Become A Raw Vegan?
As you may know from the previous video, I became vegan almost 3 years ago. I believe there are 3 main reasons for going vegan, whether it’s for the animals, your health, or the planet’s environment. And for me, it wasn’t about health, it was about animals.
I saw cute pigs in real life and I cried because I didn’t even know how precious, adorable, and cute pigs are. I went completely vegetarian that day and gradually became pescatarian and vegan in less than 2 months with tremendous learning and studying all the books on veganism.

And magically after becoming vegan, I was so happy that I stopped running my nose or coughing, but it was not the true health yet!
A year ago I had this whole new next-health-level moment that I discovered Medical Medium. After learning from Mr. Anthony Williams, I finally completely eliminated wheat, grains, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol which I talked about in this video.
Then as I was eating only fruits and vegetables I was thinking, are there any people who eat like me? Then I started researching and I finally discovered a raw vegan lifestyle I learned massively immersively again and I became a raw vegan.
7 Benefits of The Raw Vegan Lifestyle
I am actually a baby raw vegan because it’s been almost 3 months in this journey, compared to other long-term raw vegan people but I truly love it and I am so committed to doing this lifestyle now, I am so excited to share 7 benefits that will elevate your beauty and elegance even more if you become raw vegan!
1. True Clarity
This is one of the best things that happens when you live a raw vegan lifestyle.
Eating only fresh raw fruit and vegetables makes you feel so alive.
Not only is your mind always clear to focus on what’s essential in your life, but it also makes your body so clean, which leads to the next benefit.
2. True Radiance
As ladies, whenever there is some issue with our skin, we tend to quickly fix the outside such as using special lotion or cream but the issue we need to check in is always from the inside.
Skin is a big organ and often reflects what is going on inside our bodies, especially the liver. What you need to do is keep focusing on detoxing and having raw fruits and veggies. Whole raw fruits and vegetables will help you cleanse the body.
3. True Healing
If you have any health issues you want to solve, a raw vegan lifestyle will cure everything.
Did you know that humans are the only ones who are normalized to cook our food and become unhealthy?
A great example is that we don’t see overweight or having skin or hair issues in wild animals and we are truly conditioned to think and believe as we get older, we have health issues but it is completely not true.
Another great example is that if you bake an apple and plant it in the ground it will not grow, but what about the raw fresh apple? It will grow forever. That is the power of living food and will help you heal from the inside out. You will be so amazed that your five senses will be so clear too!
4. True Energy & Vitality
From personal experience, when I was vegan I still used an alarm clock to wake up, but now I am full of vitality from 5 am without an alarm clock until I go to bed, and it is truly magical.
If you adopt a raw vegan lifestyle, you will be able to eat less but be full of energy and do what you want to do and create in your life.
5. True Love & Gratitude
After becoming a raw vegan, I was quite shocked that how humans are conditioned to cook to eat and how much we actually throw away those nutrient-rich precious gifts from the universe which are seeds.
If we have the seeds and the soil we can truly eat these fruits and vegetables forever and even grow them organically by ourselves.
I truly believe we don’t need a supermarket, we need a garden for ultimate health.
Once you adopt this lifestyle, you will be able to appreciate the beauty and love from the universe in even the smallest things of everyday life.
6. Become Your True Self
What I have learned from long-term raw vegan ladies and gentlemen is that because they are eating such natural, pure, and clean living food as we are designed to eat, they are often in a high energy, vibration, and frequency and very uplifting and positive.
What you input is exactly what you become. Negative thoughts and emotions are what we learn as we grow up so it is not natural state of being.
Fresh fruit and vegetables will help you stay closer to who you are, it will help you understand how to listen to your own voice and what your mission, vision, and purpose in life are.

It takes a long time to cook, but for a raw vegan, it’s very easy to prepare and clean up, and most importantly, it’s super delicious.
Have you ever noticed that when you cook rice or wheat it sticks to the pan and is hard to clean up, that’s exactly what happens in our bodies – it becomes like glue, especially in the intestinal area.
Fresh, clean fruit and vegetables are easy to prepare and clean, and if you get creative, it’s so much fun to prepare because they’re all very colorful and you can enjoy all the different textures and flavors of the true nutritious foods.
You feel so abundant and luxurious if you maintain this lifestyle, and you will appreciate beautiful food every single time.
So not only does raw vegan food make us clean and heal from the inside out, but it also makes everything super essential, so we don’t need any drugstore or medicine. Raw fruits and vegetables are the cure-all.
Are There Any Potential Drawbacks?
Not at all! Because a raw vegan lifestyle is how we are meant to live.
But one thing to take care of is detox symptoms.
Especially if you’ve been eating a lot of processed foods, you may experience detox symptoms such as headaches, skin issue or bloating during the transition time, but it’s all about detoxing and your body is working and adjusting for the best.
please stay positive and patient because raw fruits and vegetables really do cure everything and I’ve experienced and overcome this myself so I absolutely understand.

What Do I Eat in A Day?
I love to eat 50% fruit and 50% vegetables. I personally love fruits, so I thought it would be fun to be a fruitarian, but in the long term, I decided to eat more dark, bitter leafy greens and vegetables.
The great thing is that bitter vegetables are great for the liver, and it is said that the cleaner you are, the more you can enjoy bitter vegetables rather than just sweet fruits. (I’ve even eaten raw goya).
How to Start A Raw Vegan Lifestyle

Here are 3 easy and simple tips to get you started today!
1. Focus on Detoxing & Cleansing
Being vegan is so much better and gorgeous but it doesn’t really mean being healthy because there are actually so many cooked, processed foods with lots of wheat, sugar, soy, oil, and chemicals in the food that don’t serve your body in the long term.
You can of course enjoy the beautiful transition period of becoming vegan, such as soy meat, for the ultimate true beauty and health, let’s reduce the cooked foods and eventually stop and eliminate the foods that are causing health issues.
2. Focus on Whole Foods
Let’s be honest, why do people eat cooked, baked, or processed foods such as cookies, cakes, pizza or pasta? It’s all about texture and flavor, not nutrition.
Let’s forget about nutrients or calories or the science behind them for now, instead of focusing on calorie counts and labels, let’s have more whole, fresh, raw fruit and vegetables, found in nature and shaped like nature.
It’s time to bring back our beautiful, innate intuition, where we know deep down that fruit and vegetables are so much healthier and more beautiful than packaged or processed foods.
There are many kinds of fruit and vegetables, which means we always want to try and eat many kinds of them because all the nutrients are different and its all good and necessary. This is how to think about the nutrients.
And I promise you, the more raw living foods you have, the easier it is to listen to your intuition.
3. Focus on Savoring & Mindful Chewing
Since vegetables and fruits are high in fiber, you want to chew them until they have a smoothie texture in your mouth.
This helps to reduce digestive issues and bloating, especially if you are going raw vegan for the first time.

I believe that what we eat is essential to being the most beautiful, elegant, truest, healthiest version of ourselves, but it’s only part of living a healthy life.
