Today, let’s talk about the skin. As ladies, we all love and want silky, glowing skin, don’t we?
To have the ultimate beautiful skin, it is actually not about a very expensive cream or special lotion or magic pill to put from the outside. It is so much easier, simpler, and cheaper than you can ever imagine! I am going to share 5 elegant steps to follow. Let’s begin.
1. Eliminate These Foods Completely!
The most important first step is to stop eating meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese anything that comes from animals.
My beautiful friend,
Animals are not our food, they are our beautiful friends.
And that is the ultimate truth.
You might say, Mana but look at some people, they are eating those but still have beautiful skin. My friend, what we all want to see is long-term true beautiful, healthy living examples from the inside out, who are over 50, and 60 such as Mr. Markus, Ms. Cara, and Mr. Lou. They are truly leading by example.
We are actually brainwashed to eat certain foods to live but then why on earth most people are not healthy physically mentally, or emotionally?
Once you eliminate animal food from your diet, you will not only be able to have beautiful skin but also so much true happiness, energy, and vibrancy from the inside out. What you input, truly makes you.
2. Reduce and Eventually Eliminate Sugar, Wheat, Grains, Oil, Caffeine, and Alcohol
This is life-changing for the ultimate beautiful skin. I know it’s a bit challenging, especially when we have to deal with the emotions but let’s think about it.
The food I listed here is not what we are meant to eat even though it is normalized to eat like the first step. Normal doesn’t mean truth or real health.
Of course, the cookies and cakes seem delicious but they only taste nice for 5 seconds and make your skin not glow afterwards.
Being healthy and having beautiful skin is all about long-term investment. Let’s focus on what you are gaining in the long term, instead of a short quick dopamine hit to escape from something.
3. Release and Heal Negative Emotions
Once you get rid of the not beautiful foods that are not what you are designed to eat, Let’s focus on emotional declutter as well.
Our skin and emotions are always connected.
Is there anything that is making you feel stressed?
In this age especially, we have so much stimulation that always takes away from our truth, our own true beauty (true self card) but you can always take a deep breath, meditate, and journal to deeply detox the negative emotions.
We always want to focus on more love, joy, fun, and gratitude, that feels so alive and make you uplifting. When you focus on those, you will be able to have gorgeous energy and skin!
Everything is possible my friend!
4. Cleanse Your Body
It’s always great to keep detoxing mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Water fasting can be great too because we often eat too much and often livers and other organs are so tired and show up on the skin.
Your face and skin often show you what’s going on inside your body. Try to eat less, let your body rest. Exercise, and get enough beautiful sleep from 10 pm to 2 am for beautiful skin.
The best tip is to finish eating before 6 pm to make the body fully rest for beautiful skin.
For some makeup and skincare products, since the skin absorbs all the ingredients and chemicals, you can also check what kind of ingredients they contain. ideally, you want to put onto your skin that is edible. You can use coconut oil for body moisture.
5. Embrace The Detox Phase.
Your skin might break out when you are adopting those steps. This is just called detox symptom, I know it is very challenging because I’ve been there and experienced it. But please don’t stop and keep continuing those steps. Your body is working perfectly for cleansing from the core, your future you will absolutely, absolutely thank you so much.
