Morning is such a beautiful, sacred time and energy of the day and I am very excited to share some ideas and practical tips to incorporate this elegant lifestyle into your life. Let’s begin!
It’s Time to Remember
Have you ever noticed that most people, including my past self, if they’re not mindful and intentional each day when morning comes, live in survival mode?
We wake up and think, “Oh, another day,” and immediately jump into action—getting ready, checking email, following the checklist—and before we know it, the day feels rushed and tired. Or just living by default and wondering why it is not fulfilling.
Before we dive into elegant morning rituals, we must remember that our life is a super precious, beautiful gift from the universe.
When you focus only on what’s truly important and the most important outcomes you desire in your life, your life becomes simpler, more beautiful, and elegant.
First, let’s un-program your mind that you will learn more about how to do it on this channel but now, please remember and appreciate that you have this beautiful day to truly be, do, and have and experience whatever you want in this gifted life.
We always must remember that this is the beautiful precious temporary gift (or vacation as my role model Mr. Markus Rothkranz says!) from the universe, and I believe that we always wanted to know and experience it fully this life before we were born.
This ultimate mindset will blow your mind and change how you see things and how you act.
So once you remember this, let’s move on to some ritual ideas that change your life elegantly and beautifully.
1. Deep Breathing, Stretching, Exercising
The first ritual idea is adding movement. When the sun rises, open your curtains and windows and let the fresh air in, after hydrating your body with freshly squeezed lemon water and freshly groomed, such as washing your face, teeth and changing your clothes, Let’s go straight into stretching and exercising.
If you start your day with deep breathing, stretching and exercise, your body will also wake up and you will feel more refreshed throughout the day. I personally used to work out in the afternoon years ago but working out in the morning changed my life beautifully. you will have so much energy. you can even do some shorter version of full body workout every morning or even full body workout.
While stretching or exercising, you can always listen to your favourite music or guided meditation which leads to the second morning ritual inspiration ideas.
2. Meditation, Visualization, Counting Blessings
The second ritual idea is having a relaxing time with what you love.
Morning is such a new fresh beautiful energy so before you input anything physically or emotionally, let’s focus on you. Many people are always focusing on others unconsciously, such as checking email or social media. However, especially morning is the perfect time for focusing on you, and what you want to create and experience in your life.
What are your dreams, visions, and goals in your life? Life is about minding your own business and focusing on what you truly desire.
Keep checking within yourself, what is your dream, and how you are feeling today, what kind of experience you want to do.
This is the perfect time to meditate or visualize your future self and stay calm, and relaxed, and those feelings are essential to become more elegant and beautiful inside out.
Also, morning energy often carries throughout the day. It’s also a perfect time to count your blessings.
Such as beautiful flowers, and beautiful sunrises, what we focus on grows and expands, always good to count blessings, love, and beauty around you that help you to shift your focus and find more appreciation in your life.
3. Journaling, Affirmations, Incantations
The third ritual idea is creating time for reflection.
After stretching, exercising, or meditating, let’s reflect on what you thought and felt during the first and second rituals.
Many of us have so many to-do lists throughout the day and we actually forget what each task is for. Personally, I loved learning from Mr. Tony Robbins last year and one of the things he taught that was wonderful was that instead of making a bunch of endless lists, it is great to ask yourself: what outcome do I want from this? When you remember the exact outcome you want from each activity, you can be more relaxed and calm, and enjoy the process.
What you all want is to focus on what’s essential. what’s important and what you love to do in your life. (Major in major! by Mr. Tony Robbins)
You can always ask yourself each morning with journaling: What is the one single action I can take towards my goals today? How can I make myself proud today? How can I make today more beautiful with new experiences?
If you feel uncomfortable starting your day with this massive visualizing or journaling, that’s perfectly normal. But as you practice it day after day, it becomes very fulfilling and you will get more excited each day to focus on what is truly important to you.
4. Sending Loves
The final ritual idea is fueling your body with beautiful intention.
It’s finally time to have beautiful energy after the long fast, which is breakfast. Breakfast literally means breaking the fast.
So you want to make sure you eat light meals such as green smoothies, fresh raw fruit and vegetables, and, most importantly, please chew well.
If we are not mindful, Many people spend their day unconsciously, repeating the same habits and wondering why they don’t feel happy or healthy.
In life, everything keeps moving, changing, and flowing, every day, how we think and feel are different and it’s completely normal.
so always you want to check in with yourself during breakfast as well. You can always ask yourself: Am really I hungry now? What kind of fruits and veggies do I want to have today? We don’t eat because of the time but we eat only when the body needs the fuel to start the beautiful day.
Whenever you have some fruit or vegetables or even water, it is always great to pray for each beautiful food that nourishes you and your body.
If you are interested, you can also read amazing book called The Hidden Messages in Water by Mr Masaru Emoto where he talks about how water actually knows and understands the energy and words and I believe every fruit and vegetable as well.
You and your body is the gift, the only machine and vehicle you have forever in this life,
Once you do this elegant ritual, you will be able to heal, cleanse and detox from the core and radiate beauty from the inside out.
Bonus. Enema, Neti Pot, Oil Pulling
Have you ever read the book Fit for Life or heard of Natural Hygiene? I read the book when I was just beginning to go vegan and now that I’m a high raw vegan, I don’t follow everything in the book but I love the theory of the cycle of time. Such as 4 am to 12 pm is detox time.
I personally like to do detox related things in the morning such as an enema, neti pot or oil pulling, this is my preference but if it resonates and works for you then please take it away.
Now you might be wondering, Mana, how is it possible to do so many morning rituals when we are so busy? I got you, my goddess friend. this is the perfect time to wake up early and do only what’s important to you, and the great news is that you can only take 5 minutes for each one, because consistency is the key.
So now I am going to give you 3 simple, easy, quick tips so that you can wake up early and be full of energy.
1. Stop inputs or after 6pm
To wake up early without an alarm clock, the first thing you need to know is that you can stop eating before about 6 pm.
I have always wondered, since food is energy, why we need massive amounts of energy the night before we go to sleep, I even used to think we needed food to sleep, but I have found the answer.
When you sleep, the whole system cleans up so if you eat late and go to sleep, all the energy that was supposed to recharge you will have gone into unnecessary digestion, then it is absolutely normal to feel tired or not refreshed in the morning.
If you don’t need to do massive work in the night, let’s stop eating around 6 pm and let your body rest.
Also, this input includes looking at the phone, pc or any digital devices. Stopping using your phone or PC after about 8 pm will help your mind relax and calm down, which will help you wake up earlier. Instead of using digitals, you can count the blessings and write wonderful moments of your day in your journal.
2. Get excited for the next day
Remember our ultimate truth, our life is a gift and it’s temporary and very precious. You can always get excited about even small things, could be a fresh beautiful smoothie or salad in the morning, or a new flower shop or cafe to explore, when you are excited for the next day, you can wake up easily.
3. Go to bed early
The most important thing, as we all know, is to go to bed early and wake up early. Usually, we want at least 8 hours of sleep to be fully energized and vital for the next day.

Years ago I truly wanted to be the morning person and I didn’t know how, but with constant practice of these rituals and habits, it became easy and it became part of my identity.
We are all here to be happy, and healthy and live the best life we want.
