September has come and personally autumn is one of my favorite seasons because of the coolness and the pretty clothes, delicious fruits and vegetables, and! New season is always great to start a refresh energy or life.
You might be reading this article in any season and you can do this fresh new start anytime you want!

Why It’s Important to Do Seasonal Cleanses and Resets
First of all. why would you want to do an autumn clean, spring clean, or any seasonal reset in your life?
In life, everything is energy. It’s always moving, flowing, and changing. Just like nature, we are constantly growing and evolving.
As we grow and evolve, some things in our lives no longer align with us. That’s why it’s essential to regularly check in with yourself—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
This allows you to let go of what no longer serves you and bring new, beautiful energy into your life.
Have you ever experienced that you want to clean up physical things but it is hard to let go because of the memories attached to them?
My goddess friend, I will show you how to let go of things with ease as well.
Now, let’s start.
1. Cleanse Your Body
The first area to focus on cleaning up and starting fresh is your body. This is one of the most important aspects of a reset.
You might be wondering, “Mana, what do you mean by cleaning up my body for a reset and a fresh start?” Let me explain.
In this life, we sometimes forget but the body is truly a gift and your body is a big antenna—when it’s clean and healthy, it becomes easier to hear your inner voice.
If you constantly feel stuck, unmotivated, tired, or sleepy, especially after meals, it could be because you’re eating more than your body needs or having food that isn’t meant for your body.
A seasonal reset is a great opportunity to reassess your eating style and clean up your kitchen, fridge, freezer, and pantry.
Here are some questions to ask yourself during the process:
- How many of the foods I have are found in nature? fresh, raw fruits and veggies?
- How many items are packaged or in boxes, and wouldn’t grow if planted in the soil?
For the ultimate beauty and health, all you need and want is fresh, living foods that come from nature and have them as nature, raw fruits, and vegetables, little nuts and seeds.
In this video, I talked about 7 foods you might want to eliminate to have clear skin, and this is the foundation for ultimate health as well.
Personally, after eliminating grains, all the rushes are gone, and I’ve gained more energy and vitality.
Remember, your body is the only vehicle you have to experience this beautiful life, so treat it with true love.
2. Declutter Physical Spaces
The second area you want to focus on cleaning up and starting fresh is physical decluttering. This includes everything from photos, letters, notebooks, kitchen tools, clothes, books, and even items in your garage or drawers.
When going through your belongings, you can always ask yourself: “How much do I actually love and use these things?”
Personally, I recently did a clean-up of old photo albums and yearbooks, and it gave me so much freedom.
I believe that having photos is wonderful if they bring you joy, make you smile, and remind you of things you adore in life every time you see them.
But if they don’t, you can actually let them go. Photos are truly snapshots of beautiful moments, but the most important memories live in your heart.
If you’re struggling to let go of things, here are some helpful questions to ask yourself:
- Does this bring me joy?
- Does this uplift, energize, or motivate me?
- Is this item breathtakingly beautiful?
- Does this belong in my future?
- Does this help and make me more beautiful?
It’s essential to pay attention to how each item makes you feel.
In this digital age, you can also use the benefits of technology by digitizing some of your photos to free up physical space. But remember, focus on keeping only what makes you feel positive!
From my personal experience, many ladies hold onto items thinking, “One day I’ll wear this” or “I’ll use this in the future.” But if you haven’t already used it, when the future comes, you are already the next version of yourself that the item no longer aligns with you. So, if you’re not using it now, let it go, donate it to someone who truly adores or needs or start using it now to truly enjoy it!
Another great question to ask yourself is:
- If I had to pack up and leave in six hours, would I take this with me?
If you’re saving beautiful things just for special occasions, this is the perfect time to start using them daily. You always deserve the best!
Please remember that all of your space—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—is sacred. Let’s make it beautiful and elegant.

3. Release Old Energy & Emotions
The third area to focus on cleaning up and starting fresh is your energy and emotions.
There is a wonderful book called You Can Heal Your Life by Ms. Louise Hay. In the book, where she talks about how important it is to release all the negative emotions.
Again, everything is energy, and holding on to these negative emotions can make you feel stuck and tired. releasing them is essential for true healing and cleanse.
As we grow up, culture or society often teaches us to suppress our deep feelings and emotions to be considerate of others.
However, it’s incredibly healthy to allow yourself to release these emotions – just consciously and intentionally. As elegant ladies, we don’t release our emotions unconsciously or towards others. Instead, we always stop and ask ourselves important questions, especially when you feel the negative emotions.
You can ask yourself
- What is the true cause of this feeling?
- How do I want to feel instead?
Remember, it’s not about the circumstance or situation itself, but how you think about it and what you make it mean.
Journaling can be a powerful way to explore these thoughts and when you are alone, you can release all the negative emotions from your body with lots of body movements.
Once you do, you’ll feel so much lighter and more empowered to focus on what’s going well, what’s working perfectly, more on beauty, love, gratitude, and the things that energize you.
4. Clean Up Your Digital Space
The final area you want to focus on cleaning up and starting fresh is digital place.
Just like physical things, digital clutter can be too much distraction in your head. How many apps, bookmarks, and contacts, do you actually use?
Let’s keep only what’s essential and uplifting.
I promise you that once you clean up these details, your life becomes simpler, easier, more beautiful, and elegant. Let’s simplify and beautify.
Bonus. Let Go of Negative Inputs to Become the Most Beautiful and Elegant Version of Yourself
What you input, consume, or surround yourself with is very very important because that makes how you feel but also that is what makes you.
To become the most beautiful and elegant version of yourself, you always want to let go of negative input such as gossip, the news, also not to mention, any negative self-talk or negative imagination as well.
Since most media and TV are just made from negativity and scarcity to grab your attention, and the images are usually not that beautiful it is very wise to let them go.
You always want to make sure that input only makes you feel so good, positive, beautiful, energizing, and uplifting. Let’s keep focusing on what you love, and what you want to create and experience in your life!
You can always ask yourself:
・Are these images or words loving, beautiful, and uplifting?
・Do they help me become who I want to be and create the life I desire?
・Are my words loving and beautiful?
True beauty and elegance begin when you deeply love yourself.
Conclusion
For the body, you can also try a new haircut, less cooked, packaged, or boxed food that doesn’t grow in nature. Have more water-rich fruits and veggies that your body truly loves and needs to clean up the whole system.
You can even try water fasting, enemas, colonics, and a neti pot too. it is truly life changing. I have personally done them except colonics, and I am very excited to share more health tips with you in the future.
For physical space, keep only what gives you energy and makes you feel happy and beautiful.
For mental space, always input only beauty and love, and release all things with journaling and moving your body.
