We all want to be happier, healthier and more beautiful, don’t we? And all we want is to always feel better. When it comes to health, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Did you know that being healthy is not only looking fit?
Today, I am so excited to share with you the untold truth about real health and let’s master 3 areas of ultimate health.
Let’s get started.
1. Physical Health
First and foremost, we all need to master our physical health. Most people take it for granted or do not have the highest standards, as being a bit unwell is completely normalized in this world. (Do you often cough, have a runny nose, migraines or PMS? It will eventually clear up beautifully once you master these 3 areas, stay tuned!) However, our body is the only place we live, our body is everything when it comes to experiencing and living the best, big, full life possible.
It is said that our bodies are made up of around 70% water. Do you enjoy a meal full of water rich food? aka fresh organic fruits and vegetables every day?
Our bodies are designed to move, do you like to exercise? Do you get enough sleep ever day? It is very simple and basic, but it is all fundamental to have the best life we want.
When it comes to mastering physical health, we can learn many things from wild animals. They truly know what to eat and how to move intuitively, and the biggest and strongest animals, such as elephants and giraffes, are often plant-based.
Start by adding fresh and organic fruits and vegetables to your day to truly help you have vitality in your body. Let’s take care of our bodies exclusively.

2. Mental Health
Once you have mastered physical health, the next step is mental health.
Our body and mind are completely connected.

We all exercise or work out to become physically healthier, but how many people work out for mental fitness?
Mental fitness is all about how you think, feel and act.
This is the area where we can really build mental muscle if we practice every day.

The triad is made of physiology, focus and meanings.
Do you always focus on what you can or cannot control?
Where do you always focus – past, present or future?
When something happens, do you always think ‘Ah, this is hard.’ or ‘This is a great opportunity for me to grow and evolve to the next level.’?
How we think, feel and act is completely up to us.

3. Spiritual Health
Last but not least, here comes spiritual health. We are all here to grow, evolve and enjoy the journey until we make our dreams come true.
Is there something you have loved doing since you were a little girl? What do you love? What is essential for your life? We all have special unique gifts and talents that no one has in this world.
How much time do you spend each day doing what you love?
Do you ever take time to think about what you truly love and how you want to live your life?
At the end of the day we are all here to truly savor and enjoy this once in a lifetime precious gift called life and I know we all know this deep down inside.
