Today, I am so excited to share with you, how to eat like a goddess. As elegant ladies, we want to master beautiful eating!

We’ll cover 7 elegant tips to help you look and feel your best every time you have a meal. Whether you are preparing alone at home or cafe or restaurant with loved ones, it’s all appreciable! These tips will help you embody beauty, grace, and mindfulness during mealtime. This will change your life! Let’s get started with today’s article!

1. Check-In with Your Body

The first tip for eating like a goddess is to always check in with your body. Before preparing your meals or going to a cafe, you always want to ask yourself, am I truly hungry?  

We are often taught by parents, school, or society what time to eat but everybody is different and every day is different because life is all about keeping moving and flowing so always listen to your body and what kind of food you are craving.

If possible, take at least an hour to prepare and have your meals. Making this sacred time is a loving practice of self-love.

2. Relax and Eat with Positive Energy

The second tip for eating like a goddess is to always relax and eat when you are feeling positive. We somehow learned to hurry or rush as we grew up and eat to escape from the stress, but meals are the time to slow down.

Never eat when you are in a hurry or stressed because your body deserves the most loving energy to digest properly. Every bite is a nourishment for your body. So please relax and be in a calm and positive state and eat slowly so that you can absorb all the nutrients.

3. Turn Off All Devices

The 3rd tip for eating like a goddess is to turn off all the devices while eating. This is very important. When you enter the cafe or restaurant, how many people can you find eating with their phone or PC? And of course, when you are alone, you might tend to watch while eating, as I did in the past but turning off all the devices helps you tune into yourself and connect with body, mind, spirit, and food.

Most importantly, you will look so much more beautiful and elegant if you don’t touch your phone or look PC while eating.

The great thing to remember is your beautiful meals are fuel for the body and are meant enjoyed with the 5 senses.

If you are at the cafe or restaurant with your loved ones, this is super crucial. Let’s talk eye to eye and have beautiful uplifting conversations intentionally! We never want to take it for granted for this beautiful time together.

4. Dress up & Create a Beautiful Environment

The 4th tip for eating like a goddess is to dress up and create a beautiful environment for yourself. You can always play beautiful jazz or classical music background and have fresh flowers just for yourself. Even if you are eating alone at home.

When you focus on looking and feeling beautiful for yourself, you will also achieve beautiful posture. Posture is everything to look and feel like a goddess!

The more you feel beautiful and loving, the more you will look beautiful and elegant and attract more of it because everything is energy. Feeling beautiful always touches other people around you.

Some ladies tend to eat from the head, but make sure you bring the spoon to your face, not to spoon.

5. Bless Your Food

The 5th tip for eating like a goddess is to always send love and gratitude to every single food you eat. Before having meals, let’s take a moment to pray to each piece of fruit and vegetable to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. I truly believe that fruits and vegetables are beautiful abundant gifts from the universe because once we have soil and water, they grow forever.

Fruits and vegetables are what we are naturally designed to eat to look and feel beautiful. Also, Love and gratitude are the highest frequency! This little magical ritual will change your life beautifully because it always feels so good and elegant to be grateful and it will help you glow from the inside out.

6. Savor Every Bite

The 6th tip for eating like a goddess is to be present and savor every bite. Let’s fully be present with the meal and beautiful environment.

Take your time, Chew well, and savor the textures, colors, and flavors of a beautiful gift from Mother Nature.

Rest your spoon or fork between bites look very elegant and graceful. This practice helps you stop overeating and prevents emotional snacking or feeling hungry after meals.

Keep focusing only on eating with 5 senses and nourishing yourself. One thing at a time, being intentional and conscious is the most important key to being more beautiful and elegant inside out.

7. Enjoy the Preparation & Clean-Up

The last tip for eating like a goddess is to enjoy before and after eating. What is great about having more fresh fruits and veggies in your life, not only your body will love it and glow from the inside out but it is so easy to prepare and clean up!

A great example is if you think about how difficult it can be to clean a sticky cooked rice pan and this is actually what is happening inside your body! If you eat water-rich, fresh fruits and veggies, it is so easy to clean up. After eating, you can simply wash your plate with water and there is no mess in the kitchen. How magical it can be?

If you are at a cafe or restaurant, take care to leave your plate clean and, if you loved the meal, let’s share your gratitude with the chef.
