Today’s topic is all about how to cultivate the elegant habit of being happy and healthy. we all love happy, positive-energy ladies aren’t we? 

Of course, the caveat is that I am not saying we should be 200% happy all the time because life is all about contrast, we need every emotion and feeling to experience this magically gifted life. but happiness and health are always great choices and look great on you. so let’s get started with today’s video!

1. Use your body and face

The first fastest way to be happy and healthy is to use your body and face. Using my body and face? What do you mean Mana? Here is what I mean. I would love you to do a little exercise (not workout exercise) here.

First, I would like you to think about something that makes you feel upset, stressed, or unpleasant situation, What do your body and facial expressions look like? Please remember that. Then, next, I would love you to think about the happiest moment in your life so far, a very exciting, joyful, and happy moment, close your eyes and think about it.

How is your body changing physically? Do you notice that? This is the magic. 

In order to be happy and healthy faster, the first thing you want to master is to use your body and face. Our bodies and emotions have a deep connection. You cannot get stressed or depressed when you are standing tall, opening your heart, and looking up simultaneously. It is so simple but powerful, isn’t it? 

In this age, if we are not mindful, when we touch our phones we tend to shrink but as elegant ladies, we all want to master posture and physiology. It will not only enhance your beauty from the outside but also boost your confidence, certainty, and faith whenever you need it. 

I personally love to do this in the morning after I wake up. You will be able to focus on happiness throughout your entire life.

2. Look for miracles

The second fastest way to be happy and healthy is to always look for miracles, magic, and blessings around you. 

If we are not mindful, our brains always tend to go to negativities because it is our brain’s primary job to keep us safe and also we are somehow conditioned to think and believe limiting thoughts during the school educational system, society, or culture. 

But here is the great news. Have you ever heard about the reticular activating system (RAS)? It is something like a brain filter. Have you ever experienced that when you buy a new pretty pink dress, you suddenly find them everywhere? Something like cute accessories as well. So here is the magic.

You can practice and cultivate the mindset of always looking for beauty, love, magic, miracles, and blessings in your life. If you look for it and focus on it, you will experience it more. Personally, I always love to count miracles, magic, and blessings in a day as many as I want during the day list up everything. When I look back at the list, our life is such a magic, gift and blessing.

And of course, not to mention, I wrote down everything that you’re watching, liked this video, and subscribed to my channel, such a blessing for me to connect with like-minded people around the world. Thank you so much!

So when you look for it, You can find miracles in everything in a day, (from pretty flowers and cats to peaches, love, a compliment from a friend, or an accomplishment.)

Let’s focus on finding beauty and love around you.

3. Practice gratitude 

The third fastest way to be happy and healthy is to always choose to be grateful. It always makes you feel so good and happy and healthy whenever you focus on gratitude. 

I am a firm believer that love and gratitude are the most beautiful highest emotions, energy, or frequency in this world. Especially from the moment you wake up and before you go to bed, you can write a journal about what you are happy and grateful for.

Similar to the second way, even the small tiniest things can be counted.  You can write down everything from your past, present moment, or even future as well. It is so fun and great to imagine and visualize your dream life.

The fourth fastest way to be happy and healthy is to feed and nourish yourself with more fruits and veggies.

Recently I was studying and learning about raw vegan and I was so inspired.

What makes you so happy and healthy about incorporating more fresh veggies and fruits into your life is that it will not only help you to be full of vitality, and energy because they are living food but also make you much beautiful, clear, and clean for the long term inside out. It is so beautiful!

5. Turn off your phone, and get creative!

The final fastest way to be happy and healthy and more beautiful inside out faster is to turn off your phone and get creative and here is what I mean.

After becoming a vegan, I came to understand the only difference between cute animals and us ladies is we get to be creative with our hands. Our hands either help other people, and animals or create everything we want in our lives. such as cooking, baking, sewing, exercising, and gardening, so fun to be a lady, isn’t it?

Have you ever felt so tired when you consume sns or in digitals too much? In this age of digital era, if we are not mindful, we tend to consume more than create. But I truly believe that we are here to create and we all have special unique talents and gifts, so we always want to focus on creating.
