3 Simple Easy Steps to Overcome Fatigue
Hi beautiful goddess! As I promised in this article, I am excited to share with you, 3 simple steps to overcome fatigue quickly today.
Fundamental Knowledge
First and foremost, from my own experiences and comprehensive timeless wisdom with amazing books and seminars and applying for both physical and mental health, most sickness comes from what we eat, think, and input. So, when you feel a little bit sick, you want to pay attention to what you are thinking, what you are eating, and what you are inputting.
What to eat?
For what kind of food we need, there is massive health information out there and in the end, we have to be our own health experts of our own body and mind. In other words, no matter who says to you what to eat, you have to choose and eat what your body needs because everyone is different. However, we can have really basic knowledge that everyone can apply.
The most powerful and useful health information you can apply (and I adore!) is ‘Medical Medium by Anthony Williams’ where he talks about how our body and brain need veggies and fruits most of the time. He talks about how even if you are plant-based, you want to reduce protein/fats such as soy and nuts! and add more veggies and fruits. Those are foods to avoid that everyone needs to know and apply.
There are many kinds of beautiful veggies and fruits in the world. And it is so beautiful. When it comes to choosing what to eat, we can also expand our beautiful imagination.
Always think about, ‘Does this food make me beautiful from the inside? ‘How the food was grown and came?‘ Let’s pay attention to beautiful details because what we eat makes us.
What to think?
Most people are not even aware of what kind of thoughts they have daily basis and the words they speak to themselves.
When it comes to what to think, I highly recommend reading or watching ‘Louise Hay‘ who is an expert on how to love yourself.
I personally bought her book almost 3 years ago and I can say that it was the beautiful beginning of my personal growth journey. She mentions in books that we want to pick and think thoughts that are beautiful because our thoughts create feelings and feelings create the actions we take.
What I can say is that if you love yourself enough, you always want the best for you. We have to be the ladies who always pep talk to ourselves to become the best version of ourselves.
Every thought we think is creating our future.
Louise Hay
Think thoughts that make you happy. Do things that make you feel good. Be with people who make you feel good. Eat things that make your body feel good. Go at a pace that makes you feel good.
Louise Hay
We all want to be happier, healthier, and feel better right? The great news is that we can generate the feeling with the thoughts we think right now.
What to input?
If you love yourself, you want to keep following your heart and make your dreams come true right? Most people are not even aware of what they constantly input with social media from morning to night. Inputs include not only food and thoughts but also opinions, and beliefs from other people. Also, the music you listen to, the place you go, the movie you watch and so those are the external world that we want to create on purpose.
As human beings, we usually influence each other and are influenced by the person we spend our time with the most. We get to choose who we are surrounded with. Are they uplifting? How do you feel after talking with them?
If you are not mindful of what you input, you can always ask yourself
・Does this conversation uplift me?
・Do I want to be a person like them?
・Am I focusing on love or fear?
・Does this action take me towards my dreams?
・Is this serving me?
With this fundamental knowledge, let’s move on to 3 simple actionable steps to overcome a little bit of sickness. (And if you would love to dive deeper into what to think, eat, and input, you can take a look of this amazing course!)
Turn off all the devices and create a beautiful environment to sleep.
When it comes to sickness, we want to make sure to first our brain and body to take a rest. In this time of our lives, we live with huge technology. It is so nice to turn off all of the devices and take a rest, lie down, and sleep to take a rest.
Also, the environment is so crucial. Let’s declutter and make it easy to take a rest. (By the way, would you like to make your room and house always beautiful, clean, and organized? You can read this article!)
Eat less, drink water.
When you are feeling not well, the best thing you can do is take the inside of your body rest as well. Eat if only you are really hungry and it is great to have fruits. Because they are full of vitamins C and minerals our body needs it becomes beautiful energy.
A few people try to eat when they are feeling sick however for the sake of body energy and the burden of organs, avoid food except fruits. I personally love to eat apples or oranges.
Visualization
Yes, I know the situation when you want to take a rest deeply but your brain does not take a rest simultaneously and tries to see Pinterest or a movie. But with tough love (it wants to be the best version of ourselves all the time!) keep turning off all the devices and let’s visualize instead.
There are powerful exercises that I introduced in this article before. With the visualization, we can do two exercises.
The first one is Hoʻoponopono.
You can simply remember 4 words, which are ‘I am sorry. Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you.
Sometimes a little bit of sickness is the message that it is time to heal and reset our body and brain to become more beautiful.
If there is some situation you want to heal and reset, affirm with I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, and Thank you.
The second one is a body scan with gratitude. Scan your body and say thank you to every part of your body.
Gratitude can shift our energy into the most loving, graceful, and beautiful state. When you feel sick, it is the perfect time to send love and appreciate every part of your body because we sometimes forget how important and great to have true health when we are not feeling sick.
In addition, there are many beautiful affirmations and meditations that you can practice with Louise Hay after your body and brain rest well, you can listen to her audio and videos 🙂
Conclusion
Whenever we feel a little bit sick, first let’s be aware of what we think, eat, and input. Awareness is a beautiful to start.
Audit with these questions:
・Did I listen to my body well?
・Was I eating intentionally?
・What kind of food was I eating?
・What did I keep thinking these days? / What kind of thought I was thinking?
・Did I get enough sleep and rest every day?
・What did I consume? Was it serving and intentional?
Advanced
When it comes to a little bit of sickness, it might be sometimes simply a lack of exercise as well.
Our body is designed to move. Beautiful creatures are designed to move like if we look at nature and animals. Beautifully living ones are very flexible, soft, and keep moving. We can learn a lot from beautiful nature. Being in the movement is very crucial for our health.
Did you know that in Japanese, we call exercise as ‘un dou?’ ‘Un’ means luck and ‘dou’ means movement. And so it basically means attracting luck as we exercise! Isn’t it gorgeous?
You can also ask yourself
・Did I rest enough? Did I also exercise enough?
・How can I enjoy more movement and exercise?
・What is the new sport I would like to try?
・Did I take a deep breath consciously?
Now you have it, here are 3 simple steps to recover.
- Turn off all the devices and make your brain and body rest well in a decluttered place. Lie down, close your eyes, and sleep.
- Eat only fruits (only if you are really hungry) and drink water for the body to heal. Rest and reset beautifully.
- Visualize that your body is healing, and gradually shift your mindset to gratitude for having the healing and reset.
